Returns, Access Guarantees & Editorial Errata Policy
Omnirhythm Health Research Ltd stands behind the academic rigor and quality of all published monographs, educational compendiums, and research subscriptions. This policy outlines our return procedures, refund frameworks, and scientific errata protocols.
1. Physical Publication Returns & 30-Day Guarantee
If you ordered a bound print compendium, annual journal archive, or physical educational publication:
- 30-Day Return Window: You may return any unopened or undamaged print volume within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of physical receipt for a full refund of the purchase price.
- Return Procedure: Notify our distribution desk at [email protected] with your order reference. Our team will supply a return authorization code and dispatch address.
- Refund Processing: Refunds are credited back to the original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days following inspection of the returned volume at our London office.
2. Digital Subscriptions & Access Cancellation
Academic subscribers may cancel recurring annual or monthly research memberships at any time without penalty or cancellation fees directly via their account dashboard or by notifying our support desk. Cancellation ensures no future recurring renewals will occur.
3. Scientific Integrity & Editorial Errata (Corrections)
In accordance with the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) guidelines and ICMJE standards, Omnirhythm maintains an open, transparent protocol for post-publication corrections, errata, and scientific feedback:
- Minor Typographical / Formatting Errors: Corrected immediately within digital monographs with a timestamped editorial note at the foot of the article.
- Substantive Scientific Revisions: If new biochemical data or clinical trials clarify or modify prior interpretations, a formal "Notice of Addendum / Correction" is appended to the original publication, cross-referenced with the relevant DOI.
- Retraction Protocol: In the extraordinary event that data is found to be irreproducible or fundamentally compromised, the editorial board will issue a formal retraction notice explaining the methodology and evidence.
4. Submitting a Research Correction Request
Researchers, clinicians, and readers wishing to submit scientific feedback, biochemical corrections, or citations are invited to email the Editorial Oversight Desk at [email protected] with the subject line "Editorial Errata Submission".
